Delete your Evani account

You can delete your account in the Evani app, or on this page if you no longer have the app. Either way it takes a minute, and your personal details are erased straight away.

Evani Multispeciality Centre Private Limited, trading as Evani Healthcare · Last updated 21 September 2026

In the app

  1. Open the Evani app and tap Profile.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Read what will happen and confirm.

On this page

We send a one-time code to the mobile number you sign in with, to make sure the account is yours.

What is deleted

As soon as you confirm:

  • your name, mobile number, email address and ABHA number;
  • the family members you added, with their names, dates of birth and gender;
  • every address and map location you gave for a home collection, nurse visit or ambulance;
  • notes you wrote when booking, the texts and emails we sent you, and your enquiries through this website;
  • your notification settings and the device tokens used to send them;
  • pending follow-up calls, so nobody from Evani rings you;
  • the record Google Firebase holds to send you sign-in codes.

The account can no longer be signed into from any device, and it cannot be restored.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Indian law requires a hospital to keep some records even after you leave. We keep only these, with your name and contact details removed, visible only to staff who need them for the purpose the law gives, and never used to contact you or for marketing:

  • Medical records — reports, prescriptions, consultation and admission records — for at least three years after your last treatment, and longer where the case is medico-legal, involves a child, or an insurance claim is open.
  • Billing and tax records — bills, receipts, payments, refunds and insurance claims — for eight years, as company and tax law require.
  • A note that an account was deleted and when, without your name or number, so we can show that your request was carried out.

Once a retention period ends, those records are destroyed.

If you cannot receive the code

If you no longer have the number, emailevanihealthcareservice@gmail.comwith the subject “Account deletion request”, the number the account used, and your name. Because health records are involved we will verify that the request is yours before acting — usually by asking you to visit or call a hospital with photo ID — and confirm within 30 days.

Accounts this does not cover

Hospital staff, doctors, field staff and partner laboratories are closed by an Evani administrator. Ask your manager or write toevanihealthcareservice@gmail.com.
